"I’m wondering if this won’t turn out to be a smaller delay than it seems."

From the announcement:
"the heat-exchanger vessel suffered a critical failure during the heat-treatment process".
"the failure of the heat-exchanger is expected to defer the production of hydrogen and graphite from the current target of the end of2022 to sometime in 2023."

I don't see this coming back till the end of 2022 at the very least. If it does then there's something very misleading with this announcement for holders that are going to suffer the envisaged sell-down. I've lost all confidence with this company.
