The only reason it's outperformed is because it's private equity. They don't revalue down as aggressively as equities. However, you can be sure as expletive that the carrying value of their assets should be marked down a lot more than they are.
Don't get caught buying private businesses (NAV) at 6 month old prices. That's why it will trade at a huge discount. No value there.
