A close today around the 7.7 mark would look relatively bullish (if we can achieve it). We haven't closed above 7.4 for many weeks now. Volume is up today and higher than the past 2 weeks average volume, but still on the lower end of the volumes we should be seeing if a further move up is to happen.
There is a gap on the daily and weekly between 9.3 and 9.6 which will be the next price target if we break out of the 7's.
A few positive technical signs with the MACD essentially reset back to the zero neutral line (and about to cross positive) and the awesome oscillator turning green again.
