Reamed has only a small amount of cash.
On page 31 of the expert report it states they believe RAP would have to issue about 200 million shares to stay afloat the scheme does not get approbed.
The easiest way to do a capital raise is the insto placement - likely to be at a lower price than 14.6 cents!!
