    Sorry if this is a repeat (haven't read last 24 hrs posts).

    Does anyone know who the author of the scheme booklet is?

    Is it even a legal document without one; a document designed to inform a shareholder vote.

    I called the help line and they didn't know either. The inquiry has been escalated with call due on Monday.
