I ran my measure over this when it was 5c, and chose to put my funds elsewhere due to sovereign risk having been burnt investing in Africa with TON a long time ago, and it being 1400km along dirt tracks, to the nearest port.
They should build a hydroxide plant on site and forget about shipping all that dirt anywhere.
