Sisu 123 you can wait for all those things you need. Once you get your answers (to your satisfaction) I might add, the price will absolutely be well north of the current SP. The price is where it is right now precisely as those arrangements are not finalised. You will also find and overwhelming number people lining up to take additional positions to develop the project if a subsequent CR ( not anticipated) goes ahead.
