I am not sure why there is such negativity over the report issued today. The company is getting ready to do some very important exploration which could yield some significant results. I am particularly interested in the presence of lithium bearing pegmatites of which there are several visible at surface. There are some of the best lithium deposits in Australia within 50kms to 100kms of this area and there could be many more pegmatites on our land that are not visible at surface. If a sizeable deposit of lithium were found it will have a major impact on the value of the company.
What many people may not be aware of is the impact John Young made on the Pilgangoora deposit that PLS now mines. JY had done a lot of work on that area in decades preceeding the creation of PLS and had a pretty good understanding of the visible geology in that area and believed there was a fair chance of finding something worthwhile there.
I recall a conversation with NB after they found lots of pegmatites at Pilgangoora (PLS), that JY had walked all over the Pilgangoora tenements one day (it wasnt possible to drive at that stage) and came back very very excited at what he had seen. The rest as they say is history. I am hoping that history will repeat itself on TKM's land. TKM has a detailed exploration plan for the areas where the exposed pegmatites are and where they might also be. We may get lucky once more!! But as they say......... Only time will tell!!
