While management will always want to maintain a conservative approach, in my mind the 'hard' date is completion of construction by 31 December, 2023.
After that, there is commissioning and production ramp up through to Q2, 2024.
My bet is they can beat the 31/12 date, and that there will be fabulous early cash flow from shipped loads soon after.
That 'hard' date is only 17 months from now.
