    The independent report in the scheme document has the most current cash position of RAP. - which is not much.. RAP are also possibly up for the scheme "break fee" of 1.25m if this thing is voted down.

    Hard for me to see the benefits of voting no to the scheme when Pfizer are also paying RAP's bills at this moment too.
