I think the purple line down the bottom is what Skim was referring to, a very subtle possible start of positive divergence (slant divergence). The positive divergence u referred to was on top (not sure if that should be called positive divergence though, as technically MACD needs to be still falling when positive divergence happens?). & target possible.
