EDE have gone a step forward and appear to have gone a step back in cashflow terms.

$1 million in from the geothermal farm out has come in whick is a tick, but there is something fishy going on with the sale of Hyradix from last year. EDE was supposed to get $2 million proceeds (additional to the $5 million plus from the coal seam sales) with a series of part payments of 150k and a balloon payment of $1 million in June last year.

If you look back over the Quarterlys since then 'payments from sale of equity interests' have included 3 amounts of 437k (Q3, 2009), 300k (Q4) and 370k (Q1), and NOTHING in the current report (Q2). So the Hyradix $1 million was never received- should have appeared in the Q4 or Q1 reports.....

The Hyradix website has not been updated for years and still includes EDE as owner. Is Hyradix still alive? Are the new owners going to cough up the missing million? Why don't EDE properly inform the market?

I don't hold EDE thankfully although I have been tempted at times. I still think the sum of EDE's parts a more than MC but there is only enough cash for another 6 months....will they make it without a cap raising?
