    Hi Bruceleroy. I don't think there is anything in this ANN that we didn't already know.. ICC will continue in the background for many months and years to come.

    Ding has been in China for 9 months now knowing that both the ICC hearing and pre action having been going on in the background. As previously stated I do not think the ICC hearing is much or a concern for ANS/China moving forward.

    I am hoping for a comprehensive ANN in the coming weeks ahead!
