I wouldn't want to bet much on those 3 options vs a capital raise.
A buyin for expertise would good in so many ways .
A real coup if they can have somebody else to pay for trying out their ideas.
Unfortunately , common things occur commonly.
If it were a raising , at what level?
Not exactly a great time to do one.
