Guessing, but...
- It's a new class of shares, so....?
- Presumably higher price so they don't dump them immediately?
- Services probably either product sales related or investor relations (broker promotion), so gives them an incentive to push the price up.
My guess is they've done a deal to get BRN investor interest in USA which will really drive the price up.
Just a guess.
