Odd, Redmile has gradually been selling down their position ( believe they had a 14% stake at one point) over the last 30 months. They filed a 13G with the SEC back in February this year showing they dropped below 5% to 2.7% or 672k shares. Guess they're just now getting around to reporting to the ASX. They did well here.
