Clearly delayed information until the LLL deal went through - knew it was a sinking ship. The BOD had to go .. are they taking away shares of LLL these should be forfeited or the ASX take legal action. They knew there was no way they would meet target! Another case of F%$K the share holders I am gonna be rich.
