    Expensive payroll, no new contracts, no cash in the account, wrong strategic decisions, unwilling to publish review reports
    Shouldn't now be the time to cut back on spending? A lower base salary, but a high KPI bonus would make more sense at this stage
    The EOS board just bury their head in the sand and wait for the government and investors to rescue them
