Mate not sure who your sources are but for God sake tell em to tell management that they stuffed up big time with the timing of this SPP lol.
Seriously though, what were management thinking?....a couple of weeks could have made all the difference.
I think it was Parrot that mentioned that they should have originally gone for a much larger raising rather than these smaller placements and that is totally correct.
These twice yearly issues have had a very damaging psychological impact.
