It's outside ASX jurisdiction.
If the company wanted so sue J Cap, that is entirely their prerogative.
I do actually wonder what % of shorts is ACTUALLY J Cap though. Given that CXO is shorted to much the same degree, and J Cap did not release a report on that company. I suspect the bulk of the shorts is another/other groups
