The only thing NME won was to stop MCT getting hold of the proxy forms lodged before the stated meeting date.
The important decision will be the outcome on project costs. The meeting on 11 November is mediation only. This will decide if MCT truly have a case to pursue against NME as failure to find a resolution will no doubt result in full court proceedings and all the associated costs, so you really have to believe you have a chance of winning to want to go down that road.
