yes performance options are always more acceptable providing the performance hurdles are not as usual, too easy.
The comments made were generalizations on all options to co directors.
As jatz pointed out directors are handsomly rewarded with salary package and their performance should reflect it.
I would like to see something like... 60% up front and the rest in increments during the year as performance hurdles are met.
Bottom line dilution is dilution and dilution comes from our investment ie our hard earned cash up front.
