I don't know what happened exactly but they had some admin difficulties at the start of the trials because of covid. I woyld suggest it wasn't her fault, but wirh so many sites involved and regulators and people to meet at a time of endless covid restrictions in different countries it's unfortunate but not too surprising. Some have blamed her, but I doubt it's that simple.
