I estimate the dividend will be between $0.90 and $1.00, fully franked. Importantly, that's just for a half year.
I agree with Investor2020A that management will want to grab the cash now. WHSP and the Millnars are prudent capital allocators and I trust them not to do anything stupid with the cash.
NHC is currently trading on an earnings yield of roughly 50%, which is insane.
