I just spoke to someone who says you times the area by the depth and conservatively times it by 2 for density.
4.5 times 1.2 times 6.6 times 2 = 71.28m tonnes.
Of course we need to see how the next holes come up. BUT thats great at even $3-$4 per tonne in the ground values the asset at over $200m. Even if the next few holes are half as good its still over $100m.
