Scott, this is just patient sellers exhausting the last of the buyers, why would someone sell stock to "supress" the price? If you're going to reply "to accumulate", I'd suggest you think a little more ... anyone selling a stock that is undervalued to try and accumulate more is just going to lose stock as there will be plenty of willing buyers also trying to accumulate the stock. Don't fall for the HC baggy talks about manipulation, the real manipulation happens in the moves up to unrealistic high prices, the moves back down are just plain selling.

The question I'd be asking if i held is why aren't there any real buyers for the stock at better than 50% off after PAN released it's recent report?
