    1) there is a definite aboriginal issue, incarceration rates and average mortality rate is enough to tell you that. Sure there are some sections of the community doing well youve named major cities and have essentially hit the nail on the head, the vast majority of problems are in outback and isolated communites, so yes its a regional problem but it is because we keep funding them to stay in a lot of these communities that have no schools, no hospitals and no job prospects

    2) Spot on

    3) correct the old way of life has gone and the skills have disaapeared. I pick up a full blood from TI Tree a few weeks aback and asked him this exact question. How long would you survice if the supermarket and pertrol station in remote community closed, He said about one week, he said they had lost pretty much all hunting skills and the elders who actually knew traditional ways were all dead.

    4) yes we remove children from at risk families regardless of race, aboriginal children make up 40% of those removed from at danger whilst making up 2.5% of population
These communities are generally unsustainable and function solely off welfare, they are bad for the inhabitants, the tac payer and the environment

I agree with you , My sentiments are they gradulally need to be phased out
