There must be a chance Korea is going to fund the DZP. They are going to be very keen to get the minerals flowing and that includes the zirconium and possibly the hafnium.
I guess it all depends on the metal plant performance and it is a shame various problems in the world have slowed it down.
Looking forward to a proper update on how everything is going and to see how Dubbo is funded. We certainly don't want them to issue too many shares at this price.
