I am surprised how quiet the EDV posts have been ? Share price going well, no sign of lockdowns or even a mask mandate - to top things off pubs and hotel sale prices are what I would describe as insane. I am no EDV pro investor but would be interested to hear how many properties they own and what value they have now compared to when they were first listed ??
Anyway one of the few stock i own going well.
Expecting a decent dividend maybe 15c - 18c ?
