My guess is they would now have received the HIV data back from st Vincent's and it's likely very good given that it was extended to an extra hospital mid trial, now I think next announcements will talk of the great news on the HIV front and likely chance of a deal going into phase 3 with big Pharma (might be porky pies or reality) only time will tell.
This will pump the share price and allow them to raise at a lot higher price which is always the plan when a cap raise is performed.
