I think by the time testing is completed, and if 3M want to move forward, agreements signed etc etc, that it may well be 2 or more months from now. This does not however mean the share price won't move well beforehand.
Still cant help though based on 3Ms history thinking that if they decide to move forward they will be keen on a takeover.
