Absolutely!

There's an argument to say the markets were primed to go over a cliff six months before Covid hit due to the inaction after the GFC which exposed major flaws in the financial systems. Then along came Covid and the free money and the V shaped recovery as a result. Plenty are expecting another V shaped recovery when this is finished. Two points; 1) Where's the stimulus? a) Govt's have no money and b) there's full employment and c) inflation and 2) The issues that the GFC exposed still haven't been addressed so more pain may come just from this alone! There's a reported Quadrillion $$$'s in derivatives (gamble responsibly) floating around.....

Not all stocks will be punished if there's a downturn / recession in the global economy. Those with money in the bank, is that worth anything anymore?, and a sought after product will do OK but I'm not sure CYM fits the bill here even if it does get finance. It's up the the price of copper really isn't it? The EV and electrification thematic is not going to stop, it might pause, it's a money making enterprise with Trillions $$$'s already sunk.

Get finance and see what unfolds.....The world always recovers but it will take many by surprise if it implodes, that is guaranteed!
