Agreed, would have to climb up over 12cents IMHO as the previous JP Equities raise was $6.4m @12c , Those JP Investors would want to see some daylight above their entry price of 12c..before bringing in a new batch or placing their hands back in their pockets....

I Could imagine a company valuation and IP Valuation would strike more interest...
