In my opinion: Imagine you knew so much about the speculative mining sector , that you could simple do very little and distribute most of the money to family and friends. You use a reverse Ponzi scheme of cheaper and cheaper shares. When you hit the bottom price, you go off market and massively undermine all those who had bought on-market. The authorities write it all off as gambling. And social media censors any analysis.Go figure
