I don't disagree with the speculation regarding DDR missing projected dividend increases for FY22 but it does not displease me at all to see the figures in the current update. There are some headwinds in the form of hardware sales and I have heard from friends in the retail industry that some equipment normally sourced from DDR was not available and after much searching had to be sourced elsewhere but it did not take away the trust and loyalty they had in DDR. If Dicker misses his current dividend projections it will be the first time in my memory that he has done so. He has delivered every time in my 10yrs+ of ownership and my feeling is never say never about his projections. At the same time I have to say that my position is that current dividends per annum are above my purchase price per share so it is not of great consequence to me - in fact if holders like to sell it low enough I will pop back in to make some short term trades as well - which I have done in the past.
