So 1 share dropped the price 10cents today, is that an issue? Normally I would say Nah, however, this morning near the open someone bought 80k of shares @$2.45. That buy is now sitting on a 6% loss, in 1 day.
The price closed @ $2.30. They are down $12k. While 1 share dropped it there, where were the buyers, 1 share can only drop the price 10 cents if there aren't any buyers.
So what does this mean? Was it a mistake, did they only mean to buy 8K of shares not 80K? Were they a large holder with a large investment already, maybe.
The problem is, are those shares now in weak hands? Is that buyer having buyers remorse? At what point could that buyer try and exit? If you believe this price is being manipulated, then the manipulators will want to know the answers to these questions as well and they my just test the market to find out.
Lets hope buyers return and we get this trade in the green, in secure hands when it can't potentially become supply. As 80k of shares sold on market would currently drop this to $1.76
