Well, here's my logical thought process on this:
A: "valid applications totalling $202,500 were received from 35 shareholders"
and
B: "Directors holding EOS shares, as previously advised, participated in the SPP"
and
C: EOS is very top-heavy
So my math brain says they must have 35 directors, coz hard to imagine anyone else buying in.
