$27m EBITDA will translate to negative $25-30m in free cashflow . Last weeks trading update was misleading I believe because it quite deliberately avoided talking about the underlying free cashflow.
I have made a previous post explaining why o believe Nuix is burning at least $25m in cash.
The update also failed to note whether the company had drawn down on the CBA debt facility which would explain why it’s cash balance only declined a few million compared to the Half Year.
