It is not a fair question and is defamatory in every sense.
It has been paid for by the shareholders of MHM and is therefore owned by MHM. Any attempt to try and start it up somewhere else is dabbling in many many years behind bars and litegation which would stretch across both entities.
Alcoa for one, would not risk becoming involved in it.
