At the AGM the board indicated the principal investigator has an ethical issue with incentives $$. So yes, no payment. IMHO I think if it was another investigator running our trial there's a good chance they may not have had these personal ethical issues and shareholder value may not have been destroyed as recruitment would likely of been faster. Bobby Boy isn't the one preventing incentives IMO.
