I think it’s reasonable to assume one of 2 outcomes for this hire.
1. There is a pipeline of sales that needs to be signed up. Actual business that requires a senior role to implement etc.
2. There is no pay other than a bonus for finding and signing a lead. As in, this is a CRACKER of a product so let’s get a Top Gun sales star and sell the living daylights out of it.

either a knowledge or hope based hire. No company is going to publicly release their sales leads as that is commercial suicide… we will just have to wait for something to emerge in the near future. I would think that there is a higher chance of something popping up in the near future now that there is someone on board in Australia who can deal with it.
Kind of reassuring that a woman is leading a femtech roll out… seems more plausible than just another generic white guy in a suit. Just for full disclosure, I have been called “just another generic white guy in a suit” before but not for anything involving HeraMED.
