Hi @ChillingOut a dare say that ASIC intention was NOT to be first-up?
I personally think that Joseph has now realized that he is steering a shipwreck at ASIC.......they could've saved themselves if they would've had the option to drop-out after ASX being exposed !

..... with ASX NIL Evidence to-date, surely there would be lots of nervous nellies at ASX ?.....a good cuz opinion in the inside advised that the ASX mind-set has been to Exit the problem executives' ..... surely their legal can NOT be that silly ? any thoughts?
