Spot on, all about the exports from here and to do that need the CEO on board - Lark will attract high quality no doubt, plenty of SP upside so can remunerate with an attractive incentive plan will ensure plenty of $$ available to one who can execute - win win for all.

Seems like exports was smaller than I thought for the Q4, so most of the Q4 sales were domestic, they just keep on keeping on with domestic growth.. So much for the doom and gloom for premium whisky from other posters.

I'm topping up today, just needed to get through the Qtly unscathed - in hindsight should have backed my gut on the no update pre the qtly that all was on track, but rather pay up 10% when the good news comes out as I already have too many if it was lackluster.

Well done to those buying last week!
