They really are on the nose at the moment. The new CEO has to recover BEOT sentiment and trust...despite that though the share price plunge and current value is lunacy. In Nov 19 when they announced PFS the share price was $4 and went to $5.50 on the acquisition. Covid hit and it tanked in 2020 and then recovered all the ground until CBI hit again in 2021. Even if the PFS goodwill is written down to $0 on the balance sheet and they make $0 EBITA going forward, EML is still a larger company with better earnings than before PFS, and shopping malls are now open globally and interest rates are going up...
