    I firmly believe $1 is only a drop in the ocean for HIO. it's all timing in the way that we didn't want this announcement pre SL being moved on and now the upgrade is the enabler for things to come....JV's, Financiers and OT's were never going to be signed with SL in the picture nor without lab proven and documented evidence to support our numbers....tick, tick and more to come...
