With this new position, it's obvious PM is held in high regard by the Auz and international mining community. I wouldn't expect you earn or retain that respect by bad management or "leaving a company in the lurch". It's a small world and the fact he's staying on as director speaks volumes. All very positive for AGS I believe..
Luck doesn't factor into this. The quality of the resource is enough.
