Update from KPMG...
They’ve finally gotten around to updating the creditor portal. Another extension of the convening period granted by the Court to 30 Sept, and no binding sale agreement reached yet (as at 22 July):
“The Receivers confirm that they are progressing the sale process and require further time to engage and negotiate with potentially interested parties on a transaction...”
More fat fees clocked up by all concerned.
