1. The reasons retail shareholders are getting a "very good offer (number of shares)" are:
a.) In the past a SPP was only permitted for $5,000 NOT $15,000. But CTO is now able to make a $15,000 SPP instead of just $5,000.
b.) Despite a gold bull market the CTO share price is at multi year lows.
