great post - you absolutely get it. 90% of value (and profitability) is downstream processing which is industrial by nature attracting a larger PE (or EV/EBITDA) ratio relative to a mining company (which is 10% of what NIC is). Bell Potter $2, Petra Capital $1.90 latest research I have seen and with current track record of materially BEATING expectations Oracle could be online by the end of CY 2022 - 2/3 months early
