Do you really think institutions who have positions would vote yes? I know there isn't much of them but still they won't vote Yes at these prices either and I don't think long term shareholders will either. The only idiots voting yes will be day traders who bought in the last two days in for a buck. Buy at 20 cents and sell at 23 cents and they are happy. And ofcourse management will need to onboard as they will need to approve before it goes to a vote. That's about it. As I mentioned above if they make that mistake they risk their place in future as I will be reminding everyone what management did or didnt do.
